Fast, Conscious, Personal Change.
The whole idea is to give people tools to keep their lives on track and get the best out of life
I believe that people get off track, lose their sense of purpose, feel unfulfilled or depressed because their life is somehow out of balance.
Back in 1920 CJ Coffmann wrote about the phases of life change which was heralded as a breakthrough in understanding human behaviour at the time and has since become the foundation of in clinical psychology. I’ve taken this thinking and reinterpreted it for the modern day and based on my 35-years of guiding people and businesses. I’ve evolved these elements and connected them back to heart and soul.
- Discard: Emotional Clearing and Balancing (clear up emotional disturbances)
- Cellular: Physical Health and wellness – (changing the body metrix)
- Environment: Change Appearances – (Upgrade environment to reflect new perspectives)
- Mind IP: Reconfirm Mind Values (Where to focus ongoing self development)
- Vision: New Vision and Purpose (Create new incentives, direction and clarity for the future)
- Psyche: Personal Presence (shake off the old self talk bring in the new)
- Results: Action – (Embed new daily action, process for being back on track)
If I asked you to score yourself on a 1 – 10 against each of the 7 elements (where 10 is blissfully happy and content and 1 is suicidally depressed) how would this look?
So your ‘VIP’ score would be the total of the seven scores. What is it? Interesting. Are you happy with that?
The normal reaction for people in a funk (low scores below 5 in any area of life) is to focus solely on one or two of these areas of life. For example, if they are down in career, they might turn to a business coach, down in health, they might go to a gym, mentally down they might start meditating, or alcohol, and so on.
The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. If a person is unfulfilled at work so they decide to drive work harder but as a result, their family and health suffers. Or if their finances are struggling they might start worrying about money and ignore their family life. In this way, their overall score [VIP score] doesn’t change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear.
Have you seen this happen to anyone you know?
Back on track has two basic goals;
- Firstly, to achieve balance across all the elements and
- Second, to increase personal overall ‘VIP’ scores
I’m applying my approach to companies and for individuals.
Depression, divorce, financial breakdown, emotional trauma, mental health problems and illness are all long term consequences of being off track for too long.
Back on Track™ is both a preventative and a maintenance program. It can be in the form of a 2-day workshop for corporate teams or private coaching or an intensive 30-day programme.
The unique feature of Back on track is that a person not only gets back on track in a sustainable healthy way but they learn a process for catching funk early for the future. It means they can regulate their life balance and not be caught unaware in the future.

Company Change, Global Change, Family Change = Personal Change
“When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world: as I grew older and wiser I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change my country, but it too seemed immovable. As I grew into my twilight years in one last desperate attempt I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me.
But alas they would have none of it!
And now I realise as I lie on my deathbed, if I had only changed myself first, then by example I might have changed my family. From then, by example, I might have changed my friends. From their aspirations and encouragement I would have then been able to better my country, and who knows, I might have even changed the world.
