HOW TO CHOOSE A GREAT LIFE AND BUSINESS COACH

Step 1

Find a coach who has actually gone where you want to go.

Does their history of success and facing challenges impress you? A coach won’t be able to guide you effectively if they haven’t lived a life that resembles the qualities you admire.
Step 2

Avoid Cheap Alternatives

If they offer a free introductory workshop online and sell their time by the hour, you are probably not in great hands. Over promise and under deliver is not an option when it comes to your life, career and future.
Step 3

Ignore Coaching Qualiifications.

Coaching certifications and qualifications are mostly meaningless. Ask your potential coach a complex question about your leadership, career, or life balance. Do they answer in slogans or provide real, tangible, smart reasoning and value?
Step 4

Is the Coach at the Right Level for Your Needs?

If you could run 100 meters in 10 seconds, would you take a coach who has only ever coached juniors who run it in 15 seconds? Beware of coaching companies and hyped-up big-name coaches who name-drop. One swallow doesn’t make a spring.

Preparing you for promotion and Role change means we need training and development time with clear targets and processes. We recommend a minimum of 6 months of coaching, including the 30-day Back on Track Challenge, for this result.

Sometimes, work overwhelm, personal life stress, or unexpected events can rob you of balance, concentration, and focus. We are here to get you back on track quickly and can recommend extended coaching sessions that focus especially on resolution.

Targeted Leadership Growth

We are a bespoke holistic training and coaching company. Improvement in leadership is a whole-of-life growth process, and we recommend at least 12 months of weekly coaching to achieve this outcome.
