Step 3 – Align personal inspiration to the vision

What astonishes me most is that in the best teams I coach, there is a plan, a common goal, a vision, but there are thousands of different reasons why that vision would inspire each individual. Real motivation will only be achieved when employee interests align with the company/team vision…
