Over a 30 day period I will work with you to improve your performance, create new opportunities, resolve conflicts and improve your life balance. I will coach you daily by phone for 30 days including 4 extended coaching sessions. During this time we will work together on a list of your creation to make sure you get what you want plus, I’ll guide you on what you need.

During the 30 days you will also be doing a complete reboot on your life balance skills, your self-leadership, your total self-awarness and team skills. The focus will be directed by your needs including emotional and mental strength where needed. The 30 days also includes a vision quest to develop a strong sense of where you’d love to be in a few years, We create a road map for that and I’m available as a mentor and coach on an ongoing basis for that.



To study, practice and learn the skills that make life healthy. To explore a new mindset that prevents funk from accumulating and to find a clear, honourable and honest vision that can be followed for life.


  1. To recognise the cause of and solution to personal suffering.
  2. To overcome those causes and embed daily thinking and routine to prevent reoccurrence
  3. To set some clear goals and have the self-discipline to stick to achieving them.


Humans evolve. Sometimes we try not to. When we do not evolve, we attract calamity, disasters and humbling circumstances. The solution to all human struggle is to evolve. This is the solution. It takes a lot of discipline.

Project Outline

Daily phone calls – teleconference (during Covid our only option) – that step you through a sequence of steps that develop a sound, grounded, happy and productive life.

  • Nature time – gratitude walks, clothing, and environment change (declutter is included)

Chris, your work is more than just digging deep, it’s about taking control & driving the bus. It’s about clever use of time & resources to be absolutely present in each of the different pieces of the puzzle. I found your work with me to be about clearing a rolling fog that if allowed, will persist throughout the day/week/month/year. What I’ve achieved is an effective morning, combining the elements of healthy food, exercise and focus on the current task and making time for the big picture, all threaded together in a way that hits these pieces at full throttle.
