How to Re-engage your motivation for work

When I wrote my first book Innerwealth, the subheading was putting the heart and soul into work and life. They are two very different things. And in this video I go to explain how different they are and why they are both important and how both of them need different process to integrate them into whatever you do. In short the soul doesn't care whether you watch TV or work hard all day or make 1 million or win the Olympic Games because the heart sits inside the body while the soul sits outside of it on a different time frame altogether. Now you may think this is not important but stress is always reconciled by spiritual awareness and it cannot be resolved through mental or physical gymnastics. We think that we can understand something and therefore resolved our stress but stress is a spiritual matter and stress therefore must be resolved spiritually. In this video I explain some of this
