Emotion causes worry, anxiety, uncertainty, pain, energy loss, exhaustion, frustration and tiredness. For some people emotions cause happiness too, but that happiness is not a sustainable one.
We must have emotion. It’s the devil in disguise. We only have emotions about things we don’t love and therefore can’t manage.
To get to the future, the current emotions, beliefs and worries must be neutralised to make way for new ones. When emotions are blocked or stuck so the individual goes into self-sabotage mode. We need to build on the past. This is the ”Walker Discard Process”
