Grief and Loss – How to Deal With Heartbreak Faster and Smoother

When we lose something or someone, we tend to lose more than we need to. All sorts of secondary emotions start to flourish that are not always healthy. Grief is not an essential part of life. Grief might be a ritual or a mark of respect but grief is not a necessary part of letting something or someone go. Why? Because there’s nothing missing. Nothing to let go of.
