“Back On Track” Coaching Process

You know when you’re on top of it. You know the feeling of that crystal clear bell ringing in your head. Your heart is open, the sky is blue, you feel it in your bones. And so, you know when you’ve lost it. Or do you?

It’s been my experience in helping people stay inspired and on track that when the lights go out, they often stay out. This is an enormous benefit to us because if things aren’t going exactly, perfectly amazingly spot on, we can survive and adapt. This ability means that if we’re faced with a challenge beyond our control like a war or flood, we can lower our expectations and be happy, or at least, stay sane.

So, sometimes this felt we wrap around the bell is a bit of a blind spot.

Then, you might need a kick in the butt. You might want to get yourself motivated again. Or you could simply need answers fast.

If your business life is great but your personal life is a mess or visa versa, you might be ready for an upgrade in software that runs your thinking.  It can be rebooted in 30 days. This is not rocket science. If you always do what you’ve always done you’ll always get what you’ve always got. Chris is the toughest life coach you’ll ever love. In one on one personal sessions held in nature the whole idea is to help people get their personal life on track and get the best out of life. I believe that people get off track, lose their sense of purpose, feel unfulfilled personally, because their approach to life is somehow out of balance.

The Process

I’ve taken ancient wisdom, clear thinking, and reinterpreted it for the modern day and based on my 30-years of guiding people and businesses, it works. I’ve evolved the elements of enjoying all areas of life and connected them back to Innerwealth.

  • Emotional Clearing and Balancing (clear up emotional disturbances)
  • Physical Health and wellness – (changing the body metrix)
  • Change Appearances – (upgrade environment to reflect new perspectives)
  • Reconfirm Mind Values (where to focus ongoing priorities)
  • New Vision and Purpose (create new incentives, direction and clarity for the future)
  • Personal Presence (shake off the old self talk bring in the new)
  • Action – (embed new daily action, process for being back on track)

Your VIP Score

If I asked you to score yourself on a 1 – 10 against each of thee elements (where 10 is blissfully happy and content and 1 is suicidally depressed) how would this look?

So your ‘VIP’ score would be the total of all seven scores. Are you happy with that?

The normal reaction for people in a funk is to focus solely on one or two of these aspects. For example, if you are down in health, you might turn to yoga. Down in spiritual, you might read Deepak Chopra. In relationship you might start meditating ……….. and so on.

The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. You’re unfulfilled at work so you decide to drive harder but as a result, your family and love-life suffers. Or if your finances are struggling you might start worrying about money and ignore your health. Your overall score of [repeat their score] doesn’t change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear. Have you seen this happen to anyone you know?

Back on track has two basic goals;

Firstly, to help people turn up 110% in all of the seven areas of life…

Second, to increase your overall ‘VIP’ score

I’m applying this approach to companies putting the heart and soul back into business and for individuals who want to turn up in business and life, inspired.

Depression, divorce, financial breakdown, emotional trauma, mental health problems and illness are all long term consequences of being off track for too long.

Back on Track™ is both a preventative and a maintenance program. Once you’re on track, Back on Track turns into Staying On Track… A daily power hour.

The unique feature of Back on Track™ is that you not only get back on track in a sustainable healthy way but you learn a process for staying there as well.
